🛠️Troubleshooting

  1. Installation Issues
    • Windows Protection Screen (Blue Screen Warning):
      1. Click More Info → Run Anyway to proceed.

      2. Grant Administrator Permission when prompted.

    • App not launching:
      1. Ensure you have downloaded the latest installer from the  Atra-RMS dashboard → VPN sectiontop-right Download option.
  2. Login Issues
    • Invalid Credentials:
      1. Make sure you are using the same login credentials as Atra-RMS.

      2. Reset your password on the Atra-RMS portal if forgotten.
    • Auto-Login not working:
      1. Check if you have logged out manually (this clears auto-login).

      2. Re-login once to enable auto-login again.
  3. VPN Connection Issues
    • Unable to connect to a tunnel:
      1. Verify that the tunnel is enabled and running.

      2. Only one tunnel can be active at a time—disconnect from others first.

    • Connection drops frequently:

      1. Check your internet connection.
    • Device not showing in sidebar:

      1. Ensure the device is properly configured in the Atra-RMS portal.

  4. General Issues
    • App stuck or frozen:

      1. Close the application and relaunch.
      2. If the issue persists, restart your system.
    • Still not resolved?
      • Contact Atreyo Support with logs and error details.

  5. Internet Connectivity Issues

    App not working without internet:
    1. The Atra VPN Client requires an active internet connection to authenticate your account and establish a VPN tunnel.

    2. If your connection is unstable, switch to a reliable network for better VPN performance.
