Device Registration Guide
To get your device up and running, follow these simple steps.
1. Locate Your Device's Serial ID 🆔
You'll need the Serial ID to register your device. You can find it in one of two locations:
- On the Box: Look for a white sticker on the device's packaging box.
- On the Device: Check for a white sticker on the back or underside of the device itself.
📝 Serial ID Format: The ID will be in the format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.
2. Start the Registration Process
3. Fill Out the Registration Form
Complete the required fields on the Device Registration form:

Select your primary organization. For a child organization, you must first create it in the Organization section before continuing here. |

Once finished, click the "Register" button.
4. Power On & Go Online 🟢
After registration is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the Device List.
First-Time Setup

In the Device List, your device will initially show as "Disconnected".

Now, switch on the physical device.

After a short moment, the status will change to "Online" (with a green color and a green dot showing the last connection time, e.g., "x time ago").
💡 Already On? If your device was already running before you registered it, you must restart it now to complete the connection.
Troubleshooting Offline Status
If you are on the Device Details page and the device is still showing as Offline after powering it on, simply click the refresh button located on the right end of the tab header.
