User Invite Guide

Navigate to the Users page and click the +INVITE button(top left corner). This will take you to the "Invite New User" page.

Input Fields
  1. Name

    • Requirement: Enter the new user’s full name.

    • Input Rules:

      • Must be 3(minimum) to 40(maximum) characters long.

      • Can include letters, numbers, spaces, periods (.), underscores (_), and hyphens (-).

      • Cannot start or end with a period, underscore, or hyphen.

      • Cannot contain consecutive periods, underscores, or hyphens (e.g., user..name).

    • Examples of Allowed Names: Jane Doe, Product-Manager, User_123

  2. Email

    • Requirement: Enter the user’s email address.

    • Input Rules: Must be a valid email format (e.g., user@company.com).

  3. Organization

    • Requirement: Select the user’s organization from the dropdown list.

  4. Role

    • Requirement: Select the user’s role.

    • Note: Role options will become available only after an Organization has been selected.

Action Buttons:

  • RESET: Clears all fields in the form.

  • INVITE: Sends an invitation email to the provided address, allowing the user to set up their account.

  • CLOSE: Closes the form and navigates back to the User List without sending the invitation or saving any details.
