User Invite Guide
Input Fields

Name

Requirement: Enter the new user’s full name.

Input Rules:

Must be 3(minimum) to 40(maximum) characters long.

Can include letters, numbers, spaces, periods (.), underscores (_), and hyphens (-).

Cannot start or end with a period, underscore, or hyphen.

Cannot contain consecutive periods, underscores, or hyphens (e.g.,
user..name).

Examples of Allowed Names: Jane Doe, Product-Manager, User_123

Email
-
Requirement: Enter the user’s email address.

Input Rules: Must be a valid email format (e.g.,
user@company.com).

Organization
-
Requirement: Select the user’s organization from the dropdown list.

Role
-
Requirement: Select the user’s role.
-
Note: Role options will become available only after an Organization has been selected.

RESET: Clears all fields in the form.
-
INVITE: Sends an invitation email to the provided address, allowing the user to set up their account.
-
CLOSE: Closes the form and navigates back to the User List without sending the invitation or saving any details.
