Password Recovery Guide

🔄 Password Recovery (Registered Email) Page

This page appears when you click the “Forgot password?” link on the login page.
It helps you initiate the process of resetting your Atra-RMS account password.

🧭 Recover Your Password
  • 📧 Enter Email:
    Type the registered email address associated with your Atra-RMS account into the Email field.
  • 📤 Send Recovery Link:
    Click the SEND RECOVERY LINK → button to proceed.
📩 Next Steps

After submitting your email:

  • You’ll receive a password recovery email at the entered address.
  • This email contains a secure link or button allowing you to set a new password for your account.

  • 🔙 Back to Sign In:
    Click the Sign In link to return to the main login page.
  • 🧰 Contact Us:
    Click the Contact Us link for additional help or support from Atreyo Research and Development LLP.

📧 Account Recovery Email

This email is sent after you request a password reset by clicking the “SEND RECOVERY LINK →” button on the Password Recovery page.

🎯 Purpose

The email — titled “Atra-RMS Account Recovery” — confirms your request to reset the password for your Atra-RMS account.

🔑 Setting a New Password

You can access the password setup page using either of the following methods:

  • 🟩 Direct Button:
    Click the Set Up New Password button (teal). It will take you directly to the secure page where you can create your new password.
  • 🔗 Backup Link:
    If the button does not work, copy the full recovery link provided below it and paste it directly into your web browser’s address bar.
⏱️ Important Validity Information
  • Expiration: The recovery link is valid for 24 hours from the time you received the email.
  • Post-Setup: Once you successfully set your new password, the link becomes immediately invalid.
  • Expired Link:
    If the link has expired (either after 24 hours or after completing setup), return to the Login page and repeat the Forgot password? process to receive a new recovery email.

🔒 Note

The Atra-RMS platform enforces the same password security rules for password recovery as during the initial account setup — ensuring your account remains secure.


🔐 Setup New Password Page

This page appears when you click the password recovery link in the Account Recovery Email. It allows you to securely set a new password for your Atra-RMS account.

🧾 Password Requirements

Your new password must meet the following security rules:

  • Length: At least 8 characters long
  • Lowercase: At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
  • Uppercase: At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • Numeric: At least one number (0–9)
  • Special Character: At least one special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
  • Not Allowed: The password cannot start with a hyphen (-) or contain parentheses (( or ))
⚙️ Steps to Reset Your Password
  • Enter New Password:
    Type your desired password into the Password field, ensuring it meets all the rules above.
    💡 Tip: Click the eye icon (⊙) to toggle password visibility.
  • Confirm Password:
    Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
  • Validation:
    The system checks that both passwords match.
  • Reset Password:
    Click the RESET PASSWORD → button to finalize your password change.

✅ Once successful, your recovery link expires automatically, and you can log in immediately with your new password.

  • Back to Sign In: Click the Sign In link to return to the main Login Page.


✅ Account Recovery Success Email

This email confirms that your password recovery was successful and your account is now secured with the new password.

🎯 Purpose

The message:

"Your account has been successfully recovered"
confirms that the password reset using the recovery link was completed and your account is fully active with the new credentials.

🚀 Next Step

You can now return to the main login page (Atra-RMS) and sign in using your registered email and the new password you just created.
