Where can I download the Atra VPN Client?
You can download it from Atra-RMS → VPN section → top-right Download option (Windows only, currently in BETA).
Is the Atra VPN Client available for macOS or Linux?
Currently, the app is available only for Windows(10/11).
Why do I see a Windows protection (blue screen) warning during installation ?
Since the app is in BETA, Windows may flag it as unknown.
Click More Info → Run Anyway, then allow Administrator Permission to proceed
Do I need different login credentials for the VPN Client?
No. You use the same credentials as Atra-RMS.
Can I connect to multiple VPN tunnels at once?
No,You can only connect to one tunnel at a time.Other tunnel ill be disabled hen one is active.
Can the app work without the internet ?
No.The app requires an active internet connection to authenticate your account and establish a VPN tunnel.
What should I do if the app is not working properly?
Try restarting the app.If the problem persists,refer to the Troubleshooting section or contact Atreyo Support.
Can I run mutiple instances of the Atra VPN Client on my system?
No, The app only allows one instance to run at a time.If the app is already open,you cannot launch another window of it.
