Roles List Table

The Roles tab is located in the left sidebar. It can be used to view and manage all available roles and their scope within different organizations.

🛠️ Main Roles Interface Actions

The main Roles interface provides several actions to manage your Roles:

Action Description Location
Create Role Button Click this button to open the form that allows you to create a new role. Primary action area
Refresh Button

Use this to update the list and ensure you're viewing the latest role data.

Search Bar Allows you to quickly filter the list by typing keywords, such as a role name or organization name. Search area

The list displays essential information about all your managed Roles.

Column

Description

Roles

The specific name of the role.

Organization Name

The organization the role belongs to, including its level.

Action

Description

Rows per page Adjust the number of roles shown on the screen.
Total Count Displays the total number of roles.
Page Navigation

Move between pages.


The data includes information from your current organization and all immediate child organizations (i.e., the 2nd-level organizations).
