Users List Table

The Users tab is located in the left sidebar. It allows you to view, edit usernames, change user roles, and invite new users from your Atra-RMS account.

🛠️ Main Users Interface Actions

The main User interface provides several actions to manage Users:

Action Description Location
Invite Button Click this to open the form for inviting a new user to the Atra-RMS. Primary action area
Refresh Button Manually updates the list of Users. Primary action area
Search Bar Allows you to quickly find a user by typing in keywords (e.g., name, email, organization, or role). Search area
Filter Currently not available. N/A


📜 Users List (Table View)

The list displays essential information about all Users.

Column

Description

Name

The user's full name.

Email

The user's login email address.

Organization

The organization the user belongs to, including its level (e.g., ATREYO DEMO Level-1).

Role

The specific role assigned to the user (e.g., COMPANY ADMIN).

Created On

The date and time the user was invited.


🛠️ Individual User Actions

Next to each user entry, there is an Action button (three vertical dots) that opens a menu for specific user management tasks:

  • Edit Name: Modify the user’s name.

  • Change Role: Select and assign a different role to the user.

  • Delete User: Permanently delete the user’s account.

Note: A logged-in user is prevented from performing critical self-management actions, such as deleting their own account or changing their assigned role.

The data includes information from your current organization and all immediate child organizations (i.e., the 2nd-level organizations).

Action

Description

Rows per page

Adjust the number of users shown on the screen.

Total Count

Displays the total number of users.

Page Navigation

Move between pages.


✏️ Edit Name

  • Enter the New Name: Click inside the text field displaying the current name, delete it, and type the new user name.

  • Confirm the Change: Click the SAVE button to update the user’s name.

🔄 Change Role

  • Select the New Role: Review the list of available roles displayed as radio buttons (e.g., COMPANY ADMIN, MANAGER, NEW ROLE, ROLE-1-OLD).

  • Choose an Option: Click the radio button next to the desired role. Only one role can be selected at a time.

  • Confirm the Change: Click the SAVE button to apply the new role to the user’s account.

🗑️ Delete User

  • Purpose: Permanently delete the user account from Atra-RMS.

  • CONFIRM: Clicking this button will permanently delete the selected user. This action is irreversible.

Ensure you have selected the correct user before clicking CONFIRM.

  • User deletion is restricted if the user is currently in any VPN Tunnel. You must first remove the user from all associated VPN Tunnels before deletion.

  • After deletion, the user’s name will still appear in fields such as "Created By" or "Registered By" for any items they previously created or registered.
